There is only the neck opening for mounting. The acrylic can be drilled carefully with standard drill bits or a rotary tool like a Dremel, but doing so will void the warranty.
Is there no hole on the other side of the sphere? What is the best way to drill a hole into the acrylic globe? I am needing this as a replacement globe for a hanging light but I need a hoe to thread in the hanging cord. 16" Clear Acrylic Replacement Light Globe with 5.25" Neckless Opening
