It states not to be used with high output lights ! My T8's are 4000k, are they OK to use with these tubes ? Thank You.

You should contact the lamp manufacture to see what they recommend, the reason why is because some direct voltage lamps have their driver located on one end which has more heat generated in that one area and the tubeguards are not designed to take the heat without distorting or possibly melting so please consult your lamp manufacture to confirm it is OK.
