Thank you for your inquiry. The picture, we have the wires tucked behind the ballast but you can see them. Thank you for the suggestion, we will send this to the graphic department. This is indeed Philips Advance brand. I believe these are made in China or Mexico like most electronic equipment in today’s environment.
