Our diffuser dimensions are the diameter of the diffuser, not the circumference.
Depending on what size (diamter) globe you are needing will determine what neck types or opening sizes are available. For example, a 6" globe can be provided with a neckless opening between 2.81" & 4.50" whereas an 8" diameter globe is offered with a custom neckless opening between 3.50" & 5.50".
