The switch is part of the top. According to the instruction sheet, it is underneath the finial. There are three settings: High, Low, and Off.
Apparently have attempted to answer my question by sending me the description of the wall scones. I cannot find the switch. Can you tell me if it is on the inside outside left hand right hand side where the switch is? Polaris Sconce w/GS Solar Light Bulb - White
