We have this listing set up to include the EM option by default. You can confirm this using the part number listed, which shows -EM at the end.
SKU: WSD-ST4FT40-345K-EMDescription says this is an emergency back-up fixture, sold for $210.99. The specification sheet says the emergency back-up battery is sold seperately.
