This is a 21" lens for the Incon Lighting 197 series flush mount light fixture. It is designed specifically to fit within the fitter ring of that fixture, and we cannot guarantee compatibility with any other light fixture.

Hi, Thank you for your question. This one is 21 inches in diameter and +-1.5 inches in depth. I don't have a 17 inch, we only carry the 13 inch and 21 inch in this style at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience.
