Hi, can this bulb be used in a lamp post for outdoors and powered by the sun?

This bulb is a replacement lamp for some of Gama Sonic's solar fixtures. Those fixtures are 100% solar powered, but this lamp does not provide that function in other fixtures; in fact, it won't even work at all in other fixtures.
