The replacement 5¼" bowl-shaped alabaster glass shade has a 1.75-inch fitter opening, while your fixture requires a 1.5-inch opening. Because the opening is larger, this shade is not an exact fit and will not seat properly on a 1.5-inch fitter without an adapter. It may only work if your fixture allows the use of a reducer ring; otherwise, we recommend selecting a glass shade with a true 1.5-inch fitter opening for proper fit and stability.
