Most yellow “bug lights” are larger—typically A15, S11, or tubular styles—and are designed to fit standard E26 medium-base sockets, with diameters closer to 1.5–2 inches.
If your fixture is limited to a 3/4" opening, it’s likely intended for a decorative candelabra-style lamp or a specialty miniature bulb, which generally are not available in yellow bug-light versions. In this case, the best alternatives are using a warm amber LED (2200K or lower) in the smallest compatible bulb shape, or installing a yellow lens or sleeve over a compatible bulb if fixture clearance allows.
