Hi,
This lens is designed specifically for the Incon 181 fixture or similar models from other manufacturers that use the exact same dimensions and mounting configuration.
Installation is straightforward:

Turn off power to the fixture at the breaker.

Remove the four screws securing the existing lens to the pan.

Carefully remove the old lens.

Align the replacement lens with the mounting holes.
-
Reinstall and tighten the four screws evenly (do not overtighten).
This is a replacement lens only and does not include the pan or mounting hardware.
Before ordering, please double-check:

That your fixture uses a 4- xxxx mounting configuration
