Hi,
Satco does not offer a replacement clear glass shade for this fixture.
They do manufacture a 10" clear glass version, but unfortunately it is only sold as a complete fixture — not as a separate replacement shade.
If you’re looking to increase brightness, the clear version will allow more light output compared to frosted or alabaster glass, but it would require purchasing the full fixture assembly.
