Since you purchased the 20" clear acrylic globe with a 9" lip, the correct mounting option is a 9" post top fitter. You can view the compatible fitter here:

This fitter clamps directly onto the 9" lip of your globe, mounts to the top of a pole, and includes a built-in E39 mogul socket, so no additional socket is needed.
Please note, this globe is designed for post top installations. We do not carry hanging or pendant-style mounting options for this type of globe.
