can I get a hole on each side
Replacement Clear 8" Outdoor Polycarbonate Light Globe Neckless
if the factory cannot drill another 4 1/2 hole on the other side, can I do that myself.

We're sorry, but holes on each side aren't available for this globe, because drilling both sides would compromise the globe's structural integrity.
