We bought some new line drivers for some lights that were not burning. Model SS-320VP-56BH. We replaced the line driver and nothing happened. We inputted 120 vac. We measured output voltage and there was none. Is there something we are missing? View answer

I ordered this fixture and just opened the box to install. The globe that's supposed to cover the bulb doesn't fit into the mounting bracket. There are no assembly instuctions included in the box and there is just no way these two pieces are supposed to fit together. How does this work? View answer
