Hi,I'm looking for a replacement for one of two glass 16" globes, so I want it to look as much like glass as possible to approximately match the other one, i.e. shiny surface. Would it be possible to drill a small hole near the base of this globe? I have several of these globes that are have a hole on either side used to attach the globe to a ceramic base with small wires. I believe the ones I have are of the same material.Thank youDave H View answer
