I am looking for a 12" acrylic globe in smoke color but I need it with a 4" opening. Can I get the model 20012-SM-5N custom made to have a 4" neckless opening instead of the standard 5.25" opening? If so, what is the cost and timing? View answer

Good Day, I'm part of the board for a community and we are looking to buy 520 units of this lamp. We need to know if it's possible for this item to get them with clear "shade/lens color" instead of frosted. Please kindly advise. Thank you Yenis Mesa View answer

If I buy this fixture I would like to replace the white globe with a smoked globe. What kind of lip (if any) does the white globe have so that I can look for a replacement that will fit? Also, what is the diameter of the globe opening? View answer

Good afternoon. I have a community that I currently run and need pricing for a certain carriage light for 60 units. The sku for this light is SKU:V9820-5. Can you tell me if there is a discount if you buy multiple? Also, we would need a total of 120 lights as there are 2 lights at each unit. Also, if there is shipping and taxes what would that look like. Thanks for all of your help!Regards,Paula View answer

xxxx ?? Why can't these light covers (8" Plastic White Light Globe with 4" Neck SKU: 20008-WH-4F ) be shipped to my address? I have a PO box address, which was refused, then entered my street address in Proserpine NQ, also refused, and then I tried to enter my son's address in Brisbane, which was also refused. I would rather deal with what appears to be an Australian company rather than get from Chinese, so do you want to sell products or not? View answer
