I am looking to replace the PILA-1 ballast in our 2 tube, 4 foot T8 florescent emergency lights. Our lights use what appears to be a standard ballast wired with an emergency ballast and are on unswitched power. One bulb is on when power loss happens, both bulbs on when power is normal.
